Eligibility Criteria for Pilot Courses After 12th

To become a pilot in India, you must have required eligibility for you to includes a degree of 12th with Physics and Mathematics. A relaxation of 5 marks is awarded to the SC/ST candidates; however, the general category Candidates need a minimum of 50% in average computation. For all students, passing the entrance exam will be essential, and these entry tests can be held at the institute, state, or national level. Admission Process for Pilot Courses after 12th 

To become a pilot in India after Class 12, individuals must have passed their Class 12 with Mathematics and Physics. Later, to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), one must secure a DGCA Class 2 medical certificate, register on the DGCA eGCA portal to obtain a computer number, complete 200 hours of flight training, and pass the DGCA theory exams.

Step 1: Candidates must have passed 12th in Physics and Mathematics and successfully pass a comprehensive aviation medical assessment with a designated aviation medical examiner (AME).

Step 2: After receiving a Class 2 medical, students are required to register on the DGCA eGCA

Step 3: Choose your training path by 2 primary methods, such as Conventional Flying School and Airline Cadet Pilot Programs

Step 4: Taking the CPL route at an approved flying school takes about 18 to 24 months and involves both ground and flight training to accrue 200 flying hours.
